Why need iron ore crusher:

Iron ore crushing process is the necessary step in order to produce the products meet the clients’ demands.

Lump ore: Coarse material sifted from crushed ROM ore (run-of-mine – the raw mined material), of variable maximum size.

Sinter feed: Fine iron powder. In order to be able to use it in a steelmaking furnace, it is agglomerated to form sinter.

Pellet feed: Super-fine powder with high levels of iron and low levels of impurities. To be used in a furnace, it needs to go through a pelletizing process.

Pellets: Small iron ore globules made by means of a technology that utilizes iron ore fines – powder generated during the extraction process that used to be considered a waste product. Pellets are used to make steel, and so they end up in countless products, from needles to space rockets.

Iron ore crusher used in iron ore mining:

Most of the Iron ore’s mines are open pits. The iron ore is drilled and blasted in benches, Ore is loaded into haul trucks by shovels, hydraulic excavators or front-end-loaders, and transported to transport the ore to crushing plants, where the ore is crushed into smaller pieces of varying sizes. Crushed ore is then classified into different sizes based on customer specifications.

During this process, iron ore crusher and iron ore grinder is needed. The iron ore crushing process goes through the following stages: primary crusher, secondary crusher and sieving, tertiary crushing and screening, grinding, cycling and recycling and into the particle. It is then processed in a crushing and screening plant to produce fine ore and lump ore.

Cast iron or pig iron is very hard, but brittle. These properties make it ideal for moulded parts, like car engine blocks.

Wrought iron is nearly pure iron mixed with a glasslike material. it is suitable for use in outdoor furniture, porch railings and other decorations. Steel is an excellent material for thousands of different uses.

Stainless steel contains chromium, which makes it very resistant to rusting. This makes an ideal material for motor vehicle parts, hospital equipment and food preparation tools and utensils.

Tool steel is extremely hard, and is used in metalworking tools.
