Granite crushing plant:

SBM Machinery can supply different kinds of granite crushing plants for the contractors and end users. The crushing production capacity can from 40 TPH to 1000 TPH.

The common stationary granite crushing plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher (optional), belt conveyor, vibrating screen and so on. And with vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher, high quality granite aggregate can be produced.

In addition, we supply portable granite crushing plant and mobile granite crushing plant for the clients.

The granite stone is transported into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then the crushed granite rock will be transported to impact crusher via conveyor belt, according to the clients’ demands, cone crusher is optional for large scale capacity. When the crushing process is over, the end products will be sieved by vibrating screen, at last, the end products will be transported to a storage bin. VSI crusher is equipped to produce high quality granite aggregate used as building aggregate and construction aggregate.

If the clients need the size of granite powder under 2mm, SBM can supply grinding mill plant too.
The major grinding mills are ball mill, Raymond mill, vertical mill, trapezium mill, coarse powder mill and so on.
