Description of high pressure grinding mill

SBM high pressure suspension grinding mill (Sales code: YGM)is a new type high pressure grinding roller mill, which is developed on the basis of Raymond mill by our CTO, who has been engaged in the research and development of grinding mill for many years. This new patent product with high efficiency and low energy consumption opened up an epoch of the international industry pulverizing. The types of this model high pressure grinding mill are Ygm 6515,ygm 7815,ygm 9517,ygm 4121 etc.

SBM high pressure grinding mill are mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc.

Compared with the Raymond grinder, under the function of strong pressure spring, the pressure between roller and materials can be improved by 1500KgF; the output can be improved by 10% under the same powder condition.

SBM high pressure grinding mill can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluoride, Xircom etc.

The sizes of powder can be controlled ranging from 80 to 480 meshes, the minimum size can reach 1000 meshes. By being equipped particular parts, the High pressure mill can produce thick powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes and output will be higher.

• The final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 0.95mm (20mesh) to the finest diameter of 0.038mm (400 mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).

The whole system of high pressure grinding mill consists of main frame, decelerator, classifier, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and electric switch box motor, etc.

In the mainframe of High pressure suspension grinding mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender. When it works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and clings to ring under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. When the materials are sent into the grinding chamber, they are brought to the space between the roller and ring and get grinded. Then the powder grinded will be blown into separator. The fine powder after departed with the air is discharged through the outlet as final product. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the strong spring, so to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness.
